vMedia mount error

I have created vMedia policy using HTTPS portocol on UCS Central and successfully attached it service profile of a server. However In UCSM it is showing error message 'mount failed". I have tested the iso download on linux vm and it was successful.

I am able to telnet to port 443 of remote server from UCSM .

Any help is appreciated here.

Greetings.

Can you try creating a duplicate vmedia policy at the UCSM/local level and see if the problem persists, or is only seen with UCS central?

Thanks,

Kirk...

For local UCSM vMedia policy , I am getting same error.

Can you post a screenshot of the actual vmedia policy (please block out actual IP)?

Does your Website hosting the path to this https URL require username/password?

Please confirm we can manually take the following values from your config page, and build a URL line in your browser that successful can download the ISO:

https://(Hostname/IP Address)/(Remote Path)/(Remote File)

Thanks,

Kirk...

ISO files are saved in swift object storage. Do you have any idea if ISO can be mounted as CDD from swift object storage ?

I am able to configure vMedia from apache httpd server using http protocol.
