We are currently using hx-m5, and we need to disable ssh due to security issues. What are the things that could be a problem?

If cluster is up and running fine, the you won't normally need ssh.
However, any kind of real troubleshooting, upgrades, expansion, etc, and you will need to re-enable it for those activities.
