how to update UCS m4 Bios and BMC from GUI

Hello,I would like to update our server usc m4 from GUI and not from ISO boot media. I found that i can do that by following:However, I cannot find the .bin for Bios or BMC in (ucs-c220m4-huu-4.1.2m.iso). How do i download them ?
