6248 FI firmware upgrade

can i upgrade firmware on my 6248 Fabric interconnects by themselves or do i need to download the UCS firmware bundle ?

 

current f/w is 5.0 x

You will need to download the UCS Infrastructure "A Bundle" in order to upgrade. You will upgrade UCSM and then both Fabric Interconnects and IOMs.

 

We havn't made it to 5.0 firmware yet, but if you check your 'show version' output the numbers at the end are the firmware versions.
