AD Integration of UCS

I have a rather strange case where:

1- I am authorised through the "test aaa server ldap" command using the settings I've configured on my UCSM authorization settings. I can get authorised using both the domain name and the AD's IP.

2- however when I try to login using the AD user into the UCSM, I am told that the authorization fails.

I am running 2.1(3c).

What should be the areas I should be focusing on, to resolve this ?

Your assistance is much appreciated.
