C 260-M2 installation guidelines

Hi

Iam unable to locate installation / setup  guide  for fresh installation of C260 M2 for PCCE.

Someone do direct me with appropriate links . Also more info on CUCM licensing for setting up on C260 M2

I had looked into C260 installation Doc earlier.

However i have captured few steps to the best of my knowledge w.r.t dealing with install/config, enclosing the same here for all new beeies ref .

I wish you could advice me more on complete Licensing process involved for C 260 M2 w.r.t pre & post of CCE ( including PCCE on c260).

Guide   to setup UCS C260 M2:

Create virtual machine with OVA template , download OVA template from cisco sit .

Golden Template

• •-          Download appropriate OVA template from cisco website.
• •-          Create virtual machine from OVA template.
• •-          Install the Microsoft windows server 2008 R2, SP2
• •-          Post above steps , install Call server  9.0, CVP .
• •-          Enable the Remote Desktop
• •-          Install the VM Ware tools
• •-          Convert the virtual machine to Golden template.

For installing the CUCM , CUIC , Finesse  use VOS ( Voice operating system)

Steps to convert VM to Golden Template

Configure the PCCE Data Server

Before beginning the installation of data server, verify below parameters.

             Microsoft SQL 2008 R2

• •-          Validate the network adapter settings & power on.
• •-          Configure Network cards
• •-          Configure database drives
• •-          (OPTIONAL )  Configure unified CCE encryption utility.
• •-          Configure the logger.
• •-          Configure the Administartion server  & Real time server.

          Procedure to Configure PCCE Call Server

             Prior installing the Call server , verify below steps.

• •-          Configure Domain Manager
• •-          Configure the unified CCE encryption utility
• •-          Configure the Router.
• •-          Configure  the generic PG & CTI Server.
