C-Series with single power supply

I have chosen to use a single power supply in a c200-m1 server.

Is there a way to disable the alert in CIMC and amber light fault on front LED if this is its normal operating condition?

To my knowledge there is no way to do this. I am sure in later firmware levels 1 power supply might be seen as normal. As of now, its not. For me 2 power supplies is a rule and adds little cost to the server. Its a cheap price for redundancy.

What CIMC code are you running? I'm pretty sure that in most recent versions of code that if you have a single power supply it won't complain and the LED lights should be green on the front.

I'm running CIMC and BIOS version 1.3.1c on a C200M1 with 1 power supply and everything is green for me.
