Ashish,
You are at a very old firmware version. The following guide will assist you in upgrading.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/sw/bios/b_Upgrading_BIOS_Firmware.html
It's critical that you upgrade the CIMC and BIOS from 1.1.1 to 1.2.2 using the CIMC/EFI or OS based procedure.
Once you are at 1.2.2 you can use the HUU ISO to upgrade all components to 1.4 or higher

Hi,
You upgrade from 1.1(1d) using the host upgrade utility that you can download here:
Once you download the image, open KVM and map the image from the Virtual Media menu. Then, reboot and press F6 at bootup to select boot device and select virtual CD/DVD. It will start loading the image.
When the menu comes up, it is better to choose the option "All of the above" so everything can be upgraded at the same time.
When done, select the option to Retain current settings, and it will reboot.
Probably it will be required to powercycle the server at the end of the process (unplugging power cords).
Regards.
