Can the USC Emulator generate 'fake' power metrics?

Hello all,

I'm playing around with the USC emulator and I have noticed that the manager is always reporting my "on" servers as drawing an average of 0 Watts.

Is it possible to get the emulator to generate random values?   In my ideal world, each server could be configured with:

- a mean power draw (while on)

- averaging distribution (ie, normal / logarithmic, etc)

- standard deviation.

In the simplest case, just a non-zero value for on servers would be great too.
