You can also go to to Admin tab> Communication Management (in the filter/drop down) > Management Interfaces > " Virtual IP" field and then change the "Domain Name" which is the third line from bottom to top

According to the config guide, this is possible.
F241-POD-1-UCS-1-A# scope system
F241-POD-1-UCS-1-A /system # set
F241-POD-1-UCS-1-A /system # set name niles
Warning: System name modification changes FC zone name and redeploys them non-disruptively
F241-POD-1-UCS-1-A /system* # commit-buffer
F241-POD-1-UCS-1-A /system #
niles-A /system #
niles-A /system # set name F241-POD-1-UCS-1
Warning: System name modification changes FC zone name and redeploys them non-disruptively
niles-A /system* # commit-buffer
F241-POD-1-UCS-1-A /system #

If you're relying on the self-signed certificate you may need to regenerate it after changing the system hostname:
scope security
scope keyring default
set regen yes
