Found a workaround:

Workaround is to change the max TLS version in Firefox. Go to about:config and

search for ‘tls’. Change ‘3’ to ‘2’ and restart.

Go to Location bar  in Mozilla firefox and type about:config and then search for security.tls.version.max,modify the value to 2 from 3.

close the all the mozilla firefox tabs to make the changes effect and reopen the CIMC IP. it should open without any issues.
