Hello,

Here is the latest drver ISO image

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=283862074&flowid=26802&softwareid=283853158&release=1.4%283a%29&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

Also , as per latest HCL, Windows 2003 is not a supported OS for C460 server

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10477/prod_technical_reference_list.html

Can you please share the exact error message or more details about this driver ?

Padma

Thank you Padramas,

Yes we already know that Windows 2003 is not a supported OS for C460 server, but our customer dont want to know that.. this is the screenshoot from device manager:

we already download the newest driver but still not found..

Do you any sugestion?

when we enter the web bios (LSI Mega raid) we also found about alpine, is this related ?

thank you

Not having SCSI Enclosure device driver might not break any major functionality.

However, it is strongly recommended to run supported OS and also helps to avail support from TAC.

what its mean? are this error related to the driver?

thank u

Hello Piston,

CIMC version ?

These errors are not related to SCSI enclosure driver. I would suggest you to open a TAC service request with CIMC show tech log bundle.

It will help us to understand your server configuration and the problem.
