Cisco DCUCT 642-035 vs DCUCTS 642-995

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find out the difference between the Cisco DCUCT 642-035 vs DCUCTS 642-995.

I am intending to take the DCUCT exam as part of my CCNP DC Certification but not sure if the DCUCT 642-035 is equivalent to the DCUCTS 642-995 exam.

From my company's understanding the DCUCTS is required in order to achieve out partner status with Cisco, but from looking at the exams spec they are much related.

My other question is why the DCUCTS 642-995 exam is termed a proctored exam as below, what does it mean?
