Cisco UCS compatibility for vSphere 6

Greetings,

I was wondering when the projected date for Cisco UCS B series servers to be certified compatible for vSphere 6 was? I was hoping a Cisco engineer or product manager could comment. I don't expect an exact date, but a rough estimate would be great for planning.

Thank you in advance!

The VMware compatibility lists essentially all the B- and C-Series servers with vSphere V6 support

http://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php

Walter.

Any update on this?   Trying to decide on whether to deploy vSphere 6.0.

Hi Kris

Interop Tool at http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html

Shows now e.g. Support for VMware vSphere 6.0 for B200-M4 and UCS 2.2.3.

I didn't check the other blades, but they are definitely supported as well.

Walter.

Thanks Walter,

Cisco,

Will there be a custom Cisco image for vSphere 6.0?  If so what is the timeframe?

VMware has listed the servers as compatible, but Cisco has not:

Also, will there be a custom image soon?
