Cisco UCS-E140S Login issue

Hi Experts,

How Can I exit from login prompt of a Cisco UCS-140S module.

I entered #hw-module session <slot/card> using this command , Now I am not able exit from the prompt

Control+z ,contrl+shift+6+x,control+z tried, not working. Please help me with this

You exit form hw-module session using Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+Q.
