Cisco UCS System Time Best Practice?

We are getting Cisco UCS 5108 Chassis with several B200 M5 servers.

A partner has helped with installation and now I am trying learn some management.

Looks like I would set the Time Zone on the Chassis (Time Zone Management) and then set the system time in the BIOS for each B200 M5 using the KVM console.

Curious if there is another way?

The UCSM should sync its time with the CIMCs of the Blades.

I would still point your blade's OS to a NTP server though.
