disable embedder raid megasr in cisco ucs c22 m3.

i don't know how to disable this embedded raid. please help me.

How to disable #

Disabling the Embedded RAID Controller in the BIOS (UCS C220 servers)
Step 1 Boot the server and press  F2 when prompted to enter the BIOS Setup utility.
Step 2 Select the Advanced tab, then  South Bridge .
Step 3 Set Onboard SCU Storage Support to  Disabled.
Step 4 Press F10 to save your changes and exit the utility.

If the changes are not getting saved or reverting , try to update the firmware of the CIMC and check the behaviour.

If i disable the embedded raid.  Can i install OS to the server.  I don't have hw raid.

You need either the embedded raid/ Sw raid or Hw raid to manage the drive in JBOD / RAID / VD (virtual drive)
