Hi Guys,
Our security team requires all remote log services to have TLS enabled, but I can't find any info on Syslog-TLS for UCS, we're on version 4.1 now.

I checked the 4.1 and 4.2 UCSM Interface, and that is not currently an option.
Suggest you open a TAC case and request they file an enhancement.
If you are referencing a stand alone CIMC, then there is an existing enhancement request for that: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa64240
