A new feature of UCS Central 1.5, HTML-5 UI is the ability to edit Static ID's for UUID, MAC, WWNN, WWPN, iSCSI-Iqn and Mgmt IP within a Global Service Profile.
The attached document will assist you in using this capability, and also show you how to reference those newly edited ID's back to a Global Pool.
