Error code: F0411, Thermal condition on chassis 1 is upper-non-recoverable - help please

Hello everyone.

I recently discovered following error in my environment (5108, 2208XP (4.0.1c), 6248UP (4.0.1c), B200M3 (3.1(25d)):

I found some topics here and there regarding this issue. In my case complete shutdown of the chassis does not fix it. Every components temperature is normal, around 25-30C.

I included support bundle inside this message.

We do not have active support contract so any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like your IOMs are having trouble reading some values on the blades in the chassis.

When did this start? Any recent changes? Are all blades on the same version and same hardware in other chassis with no issue?

Howdy.

All blades are B200 M3. I updated their firmware to 4.0.1c this night and the error magically disappeared.

I will monitor the system in the upcoming days.

be careful to also check the server CMC versions that are not associated
