I am not sure if there is a data sheet for that part, but this is the description:

300GB 6Gb SAS 10K RPM SFF HDD/hot plug/drive sled mounted

4.2.Transfer Channel	Yes? No?
4.3. Cache Memory	Yes? No?
4.5. RAID level migration	Yes? No?
4.6. Type	IPCIe?

Can you explain what you mean by "Transfer Channel" I'm not familiar with this in regards to RAID controller support.  As for the rest of the questions in for the RAID controller on the B200 M3.

Cache Memory = No

Raid Level Migration (RLM) = Yes

Type of controller = Integrated PCIe
