HI,
To set up the N5ks to cluster mode or VPC peer link please follow the attached link
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-5000-series-switches/design_guide_c07-625857.html#_Toc271759439
Configuration is actually pretty simple
Exa:
N5k1# conf T
Int PO XX
VPC Peer-Link
And then just allow the VLANs needed to pass through the Peer link.
Then repeat the configuration in the second 5K
You can also set the vpc peer-switch command which will allow that both Peers are the STP Root Sw
Please remember to rate any possible resolution to your concern.

You will need to use/configure Virtual PortChannel(vPC) on the Nexus 5020s (instead of clustering).
It is similar to Cisco Catalyst 6500 Virtual Switching System (VSS). With regard to Cisco EtherChannel technology, the term “multichassis EtherChannel (MCEC)” refers to either technology interchangeably.
You may want to read below design guide for the big picture (if you want to see the available topologies with N5K and N2K please directly go to page 10)

And for the practical details, I believe below one would be better: (5K/2K topologies are in page 4)
