httpd stops responding

Hello,

the httpd on our Cisco UCS stopped responing.

  • Firmware 1.4(1j)
  • only local users
  • ssh access works fully

I was able to downgrade the UCSM from 1.4(1j) to 1.4(1i) over ssh which fixed the problem.

Is this a known bug?

Is it possible to restart the UCS httpd without downgrade or rebooting an interconnnect?

thanks,

Martin

https is enabled by default starting with 1.4. Upgrades from pre-1.4 should maintain what was previously enabled (http or https)

During your downgrade It's possible that the http to https redirect is not enabled or was diabled somehow. Would you try to connect to https:// ?

We only use https for security reasons. So i haven't tried http. But on the https port i got no answer from the ucs.
