hyperflex Sizer

Dears

attached is the report for the Hyperflex sizer in which the requirement for usable storage is 20 TB and i am getting those but i m surprise from the available core is only 90 hence the i have selected 18 Core  * 2 socket processor = 36 Core  and i am giving a 3 nodes solution so 36*3=108 Cores, but in the reports i can see available core are only 90 

can anybody explain me in the attached reports why it is showing me 90 cores

Your forgetting the overhead requirements for hypervisor and storage controller will take away some of the total resources in  the same way selection of storage replication of RF-2 or RF-3 effects your available storage capacity.
