Information regarding Nexus

I am learning about Nexus Switches..I have a couple of Questions regarding it

1. I want to know whether the connection is like this

Nexus 7K ---> Fex 2K ------>Hosts or Servers

2. How does SAN switches come inside this? How are they connected??

3. When Nexus supports FCoE..Does the Nexus itself take care of the SAN or is a seperate Cisco SAN 

   switch deployed for the SAN Network??
