Running CIMC 2.0.3i, KVM is giving the error, network connection reset. CIMC 1.5 seemed to work fine.

Seeing the following errors in Java console:

Missing Application-Name manifest attribute for: https://10.192.160.9:443/software/avctNuova.jar
KVM/VM Client Version: 5.04.02 (Build 24)

What is the current Java version in use?

Does this happen on different PCs?

-Kenny

I am having java version 8 update 51.

It is working in other pc's not in mine. what could be the problem?

Thanks,

Babu

Can you tell me your system configuration CIMC release notes are different for different PC's, I need to check if your system requirements meet the release notes specs.

Hi Farhan,

when you say system configuration, are you talking about OS and java version?

-Babu

Yes, I am talking about both. Please see the document below in the link to help you upgrade firmware:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/sw/cli/config/guide/1-4-1/b_Cisco_UCS_C-Series_CLI_Configuration_Guide_141/b_Cisco_UCS_C-Series_CLI_Configuration_Guide_141_chapter_01101.html

There is other link below for CIMC relase notes so you can check if the firmware version is compatible with OS you are using or not:-

Also, check the release notes below for compatibility:-

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/release/notes/OL-28995-01.html

If this doesn't solve your problem,  open tac case, www.cisco.com/tac
