Modify in which FI is defined a VLAN

Hi all,

In a UCS, version 2.2(3a),  we configured a VLAN to run only on Fabric A.

Now, we require to change the properties of this VLAN in order to configure it in both FI (Global mode). The problem is that we do not find where this property can be modified. The deletion of the VLAN should not be an option.

Could anyone help us?

Regards,

Jon

Hi Jon

Can you not simply create the same vlan in Fabric B ?

Walter.

This is likely the easiest fix for this situation depending on the environment.

If this is a global (as in available to both fabrics) that was specifically set up to be A-side only, then the LAN cloud may be what you are looking for. I suspect however that the VLAN was only created on the A-side initially, in which case Walter's suggestion would work.
