multicast on UCS

I have four B250 M2 in one 5108,  only one 6140 FI ,  uplink is a 3750G-24ts switch ,   All B250 install vmware Esxi5,  have one redhat vm on each B250, i have a software use 234.0.100.32 multicast address communication each other ,  I enable multicast routing on 3750g ,  I can see multicast group on 3750G , but my software working very unstable. if i mirge all redhat vm on one b250 , the software work fine .  how can i solve it ?

on the 3750 you can configure an igp querier so the multicast entries won't time out after 3 minutes
