Multiple RAID Groups on C220-M4 using UCSC-MRAID12G

Hi,

I am working on a requirement where the EU has requested to have

1. RAID 1 with 60 GB usable space

2. RAID 5 with 650 GB usable space

I have selected UCSC-MRAID12G  RAID Controller and upgrade it to 512MB Cache to enable RAID 5 settings.

In addition to that, I selected

1. 300 GB X 2 10K HDDs

2. 600 GB X 3 10K HDDs

I just want to confirm if RAID Controller *UCSC-MRAID12G* can run two RAID groups at the same time.

Regards,

Danish

Yes, you are able to create a two separate virtual drives, one RAID 1 and one RAID 5.
