Anyone seeing FaultCode F0391 - Description = Power Supply 1(2,3,4) in chassis 1 voltage:upper-non-recoverable.
The chassis at this customer keeps reporting these across the four PS, then clears after approx 1 minute.

It looks like following defect

The issue is fixed in 1.4.4f or 2.0.2r and above release.
