Practical steps required to restrict a particular user to perform operations ONLY on Chassis 2 servers in a UCS domain...?

Within UCSM, we need to define a particular user (John for instance) whose rights will be limited to performing say 'server equipment' operations exclusively on servers installed in Chassis 2 for instance, if we consider a multiple chassis domain.

What are the steps required in order to impement this function..?

Thank you in advance.

If you are wanting to limit the role permissions for a user to specific equipment, then you will need to create ORGs and Locales.

You will create your ORG, then create a locale associating it with the specific orgs (containing the equipment)

As you create your new user inside the org, you then reference the locale based role(that only has permissions for that org and suborg level)
