quick way to copy bios policies across multiple UCS instance

is there a way to do this without using UCS central ?

We have about 4 UCS instance and would like to use the same bios policies across all 4. 

It would be great if we could make the changes on the primary instance and then simply export / import the policy to the other 3.  Thx.

There are many ways you can automate this. I would create the BIOS policy via CLI that you want, and then copy and paste the same text outputs across all four domains.
