Anybody?

Forgot to mention. these svis are part of l3vni belonging to mp-bgp evpn vxlan concept but still that shouldn't matter. Its simple l3 svi at the end of the day.

Issue was around using fabric forwarding in global but svi not being part of it thus suspending it.
