I think I exhausted all possibilities where the fault may resides. Please note this is non vpc - vpc feature is not on. Tried bouncing the interface with no luck. What else could be the issue anybody? Thanks in advance.

Anybody?
Forgot to mention. these svis are part of l3vni belonging to mp-bgp evpn vxlan concept but still that shouldn't matter. Its simple l3 svi at the end of the day.

Issue was around using fabric forwarding in global but svi not being part of it thus suspending it.
