It doesn't appear there are any cisco teaming drivers for windows 2012 r2 as there is for windows 2008 r2.
I have:
2.2 (5d)
B200 m4
VIC 1340
The cisco VIC Ethernet interfaces are teamed in windows 2012 r2 using a Microsoft network adapter multiplexor driver. The version is 6.3.9600.16384 and dated 6/21/2006.
Is this correct?

You can use this tool to find the correct driver:
http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html
Here is where to get the driver bundle:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283853163&flowid=25821&softwareid=283853158&release=2.2(4b)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Here is how to install the new driver:

I have the correct cisco fnic & enic drivers for the vic 1340...
But the Microsoft network adapter multiplexor teaming driver @ version 6.3.9600.16384 - 6/21/2006
Is this driver correct? The date on it of 6/21/2006 seems to be quite old...
Thanks

there are no more any Cisco teaming driver for W2012, because they are embedded now in the OS, which wasn't the case for W2008.
For proper enic/fnic driver, please see
