Hi there,
my hypervisor "Hyper-V 2012R2" don't use Turbo Boost. I have a intel V3 CPU that stocks at 2,4 GHZ instead of boosting while benchmarking to 3,5 GHZ. I see this behaviour in Task Manager and CPU-Z.
In Service Profile i see that "turbo boos" is checked as "enabled".

Hi @rumak18,
Do you have Intel SpeedStep set as "Disabled"?. Intel Turbo Boost depends on Intel SpeedStep and if you want to enable Turbo Boost, you must enable SpeedStep first.

Hi,
yes, SppedStep ist enabled. I've read some articles about "C" and "P" States...not quite sure what to configure here as some people state to disable it and others state to enable it.

Change "CPU performance" to HPC and disable C state. After making the changes get me the below output from cmd.
powercfg /GETACTIVE

OK, done and the result is "high performance" , but the result is still the same.
