Greetings.
Please disable any unneeded option ROMs (this normally includes the PXE for NICs), and make sure you have a defined boot order.
You can adjust the option ROMs under the Server tab, BIOS, Configure BIOS, Advanced, LOM and PCIe Slots Configuration, and disable the Option ROMs for everything other than the PCIe slot that you are booting to.
I have seen some odd behavior when option ROMs for all PCIe slots are enabled, especially if you have extra NIC cards installed.
You may also want to try 'Clear BIOS CMOS' option under the Server tab, BIOS, section, and see if this helps.
Thanks,
Kirk

Where is your target disk? Local? SAN?
Does your configured boot order match your actual boot order? You may need to tweak boot order settings or adjust settings as Kirk suggested.

Wes
