Windows Server 2003 is no longer supported on C210 M2's.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/unified_computing/ucs/interoperability/matrix/r_hcl_C_rel1.45.pdf
Even Broadcom no longer supports Server 2000 or 2003.
http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtremeii.php
"Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported by current chipsets."
If you still wish to try and use Server 2003 unsupported you can download and manually install Broadcom's legacy driver from here: http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtremeii.php?legacy=1
Keep in mind if you have any issues Cisco TAC will not be able to provide support.
Regards,
Robert
