UCS C220 Booting issue -stuck in Shell

Hi All
We have seen issue where UCS while booting up it stuck in Shell> prompt .
we try to replace second HD drive by first one but the issue still .
we have only one boot  option as appeared on photo.
kindly find attached screen shot of this issue .
Please help me to solve this issue .

Hello,

What is the status of the RAID controller in the CIMC? Did this server work before? I would ensure that the PCIE slot is enabled for the controller, it appears healthy in CIMC, and you can see the option ROM when it boots.

Thanks for your help,The server worked fine before  but now i can't get CIMC ,Just when operate it ,it stuck on shell prompt as appeared on attached files .

any suggestion please to solve this issue .

Greetings.

Your boot options don't show any options other than NIC PXE boot and the UEFI shell you are hitting.

As Wes mentioned, you need to know what it was you were actually booting to before... Was it the embedded raid controller, a PCI-E raid controller, SD card, etc,etc.
