Hi Avijit,

thanks for bringing this under notice.

do you have a PCIe RAID card installed?

HDD is blinking GREEN or AMBER

Hard drive activity LED

Off—There is no hard drive in the hard drive sled (no access, no fault).
Green—The hard drive is ready.
Green, blinking—The hard drive is reading or writing data.

Hard drive fault LED

Off—The hard drive is operating properly.
Amber—This hard drive has failed.
Amber, blinking—The device is rebuilding.

in  pic_1 you are trying to search a hard drive in CISCO FLEXFLASH controller which is out of its scope.

HDDs are managed by RAID controller card and not FlexFlash controller.

we could find the error message in 'faults and logs' tab

Thanks,

Saurabh

Thanks Saurabh for reply..

Yah i found 2 LED button on HDD. One LED Lower One show  GREEN & Upper One Show AMBER.

How do i check the PCIe RAID card installed or Not ? This is first i just use Cisco Server... No idea how it can be used... But my basic commonsense tell me... HDD should be access able or show able easily...

can you show me what you see in the server> inventory> storage> Controller info/Physical drive Info/ Virtual Drive info (One screenshot for each of the last 3)?

See an example attached.
