HI,expert:

  could anyone help me . when i create profile, display the following errror message. what's wrong with create profile.

   Overall Status:Config Failure

Desired Power State:Up

Assoc State:Unassociated

Assigned State:Assigned

Configuration Error:There are not enough resources overall
Failed to find any operational uplink port that carries all vlans of the vNIC(s). The vNIC(s) will be shut down which will lead to traffic disruption on all existing VLANs on the vNIC(s).
cannot derive wwpn from virtualized port

Note: The "Desired Power State" is the
Power State of the server set via UCSM.
It may be therefore different from the
actual value. For the actual server power
state click the "Server Details" Tab

This means that the VLANs defined on your network uplinks do not match the VLANs defined on the vNICs.

In order for a vNIC to pin to a network uplink, the uplink must satisfy the following requirements:

1. The network uplink must be online/up.

2. The network uplink must have the same VLANs configured as the vNIC.

Please match the VLANs on the network uplinks or modify your vNIC to only include VLANs on your network uplink.
