New UCS C220M3S, with RAID Contoller and 2 x 300 GB SAS HDD. RAID Configuration Wizard (both auto or manual config) returns "RAID Configuration Failure".
Try with IMC Firmware (3 latest versions), but no change.

Are you able to configure RAID through the Webbios? Are you able to create the RAID in the CIMC?
Can you upload a screen capture?
