HI,

We are receiving two errors for our UCS C220 M4 device within our CIMC. Below are the errors being received one for the system board and the other for the power supply senor. I believe the power supply error is associated to this bug CSCvn01984 but not certain? Can anyone inform why we are receiving these errors and the resolution process, it would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings.

You just need to clear your SEL log, to avoid the SEL fullness alert.

As to your power supply lost AC message, that can be a bug (would require a Tech-support bundle from your server to confirm), or you could have had a blip in power that triggered it.  Your SEL entry actually logs a 'loss of AC input' specific alert.

Hi Kirk,
I have attached the tech-support file from the CIMC please and advise if the issue is a bug or do the PSU need to be RMA'd?

Thanks,
Quintin

I think the forum interface is blocking your tech support.  You really need to open a tac case anyway for tech-support review.

Those of us on the forum that regularly post, don't mind reviewing error messages & log snippets, but posting full tech supports on a public forum, is probably not the best, most secure way of resolving these particular issues.
