Hi,
Is Cisco UCS B200 M4 supported on UCS mini solution ?
When I check UCS B200 M4 data sheet below it says " The UCS B200 M4 Blade Server mounts in a Cisco UCS 5100 Series blade
server chassis or UCS Mini blade server chassis."
But I can not configure UCSB200 M4 on CCW when I choose UCS mini chassis.

Bikash
Solved! Go to Solution.
Just got the information that it will be supported with 3.0(2) release, expected Q2CY15.
Hi Walter,
Now I can add UCSB-B420-M4 to UCS mini chassis on CCW. But this is on hold till 29th Feb 2015.

Bikash
Hi Bikash
You are right; technically B200-M4 works, however, the UCS mini web site
doesn't mention it yet as supported. This is why CCW doesn't show it. Someone from Cisco Product Management can help here.
Hi Walter,
Thank you very much. I am more confused when I see below deployment scenario page 49-51 of below document.

Hi Bikash
I believe this is an issue with the ordering tool CCW; I would just go ahead, and order B200-M4 as spare; technically it is working and supported.
Cheers Walter.
Hi Walter,
Have you ever tested B200-M4 in UCS Mini Chassis (Cisco UCS 6324 Fabric Interconnect ) ? If yes, then I go ahead and propose to my customers.

Bikash
Hi Bikash
No I didn't ! the available Firmware 3.0d doesn't support it yet
It's not yet in the Support matrix
http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html
nor release notes
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/release/notes/ucs_3_0_rn.html
