I have selected the UCS C series server smart play bundle "UCS-SP6-C22E" along with "UCS-EZ-300GB-2PK" ( as i believe the selected smart play bundle does not include any hard drive), we'll use this server for the installation of Unified Communication Manger 9.x; do i need to add anything else like software for virtualization or any other accessory. We'll run a single instance of Communication Manager 9.x on this server.

UCS-SP6-C22E is C22 Entry Smartplay Bundle & UCS-EZ-300GB-2PK is a pack of 2 300GB 6Gb SAS 10K RPM SFF hard drive. You can also add VMWARE as an spare along with these two SKUs. Please refer this link for information regarding Virtualizing Cisco Unified Communications Solutions.
