UCS- Voltage is lower nonrecoverable

Hello All,

We have Cisco UCS 240 server where my call manager is hosted.On one of the server, i am getting Amber LED.

From the logs its shows that the Memory Channel (GH/EF) voltage is lower non recoverable.

What could be the cause and how to resolve this issue ??

Greetings.

You'll want to open a TAC case, and upload a CIMC tech support.

Could be an issue with the sensor on the board, actual issue with voltage to that component, etc.

Really need to look at logs to determine RCA and action plan.
