HI all,

I have to install for my firts time the device in subject,  my question is when I have to configure the CIMC, but I dont have the kvm dongle , how can I do the cimc configuration ?

Opnineopnine,

The keyboard dongle is actually irrelevent if you have physical access to the server to begin with. The dongle only provides support from the front side of the server.

Plug a keyboard and monitor into the usb and vga on the back of the server and then login and perform cimc configuration. It's exactly the same as if you have the dongle.
