I've got a C220M4 with a MRAID12G RAID Controller that can't find any drives. I've pulled two working drives from another recent C220M4 and still can't find the drives. I've checked cables and UCS can see RAID card and says it is fine. Any thoughts?
Sounds like you may have a bad SAS cable if you are unable to detect the drives at all. Have you tried all the slots? Have you booted into Webbios and checked for drive visibility?
You may swap the controller with a known working server and see if the issue follows the controller.
UCS C220M3 wont boot and CIMC cannot see any of the 8 drives.
