Unable to detect boot from SAN

Hi,

 

We have a spare Cisco UCS B200 M2 server and we used it to replaced a defective server in the UCS chassis. We disassociated the Service profile from the defective one and associated it to the spare. After booting the spare server, we got the following error in Faults and was unable to detect boot image from SAN. Any idea what caused the problem?
