Upgrade to vSphere 5

All,

I am using UCS 1.4 and ESXi 4.1 along with vCenter and VM-FEX, VN-LINK hardware, or whatever they are calling it now.  I want to upgrade my vCenter server from 4.1 to 5.0 but I'm afraid I might have network issues during the upgrade as UCS is controlling the vDS for VM-FEX capability.  Is there an upgrade path/document out for upgrading the vCenter server when using VM-FEX?

Upgrade UCS to 2.0(1)m it includes the VEM version you need for vSphere 5
