vNICs are down on the blades with the cause 'vif-down' and 'link-down'

The setup consists of Chassis Cisco UCS 5108 connected to the 2 Fabric Interconnectors.
The Fabric Interconnecters are connected to the switch 4900M via Fiber connectors.
Created the Service profiles with the vNICs for the Public, Private and Video networks with the specific VLANs created on the switch.
Associated the Service Profiles to the blades.

Issue: The Video ports are having 2 faults 'link-down' and 'vif-down' on all the blades as attached.

Is the vlan defined on the uplink switch ? please post the trunk information ?

I assume the OS is installed on the blade ?
